At Gold Creek Artisan, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@goldcreekartisan.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

• Items marked as final sale

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
