Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Gold Creek Artisan. We take pride in our handcrafted goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@goldcreekartisan.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions If you received a wrong or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if this applies.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in production or preparation. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@goldcreekmercantile.net
